Company Kindergartens
for the Schwarz Group

Phorms Education operates five company kindergartens for the Schwarz Group in Heilbronn, Erlenbach, and Weinsberg, with the first having opened in 2014. Here, children grow up in a loving and inspiring environment, guided by bilingual educators and a curriculum that lays a special focus on music and STEM. We encourage them to follow their curiosity, explore new ideas, and engage with others respectfully and inclusively. At the same time, we nurture their confidence and support their individual talents, helping them develop the skills they need for a bright future.

Every day is a new adventure.

In our kindergartens, children explore their world with imagination and curiosity, shaping their day through play and discovery. We are there to support them with heart, mind, and an open ear—guiding them while giving their ideas the space to grow. It is a privilege to accompany them on their unique journey and help nurture their individuality."

Our Phorms Kindergarten concept

Bilingualism

As a bilingual German-English kindergarten, we put great emphasis on fostering both languages equally. Our team includes native-speaking educators who communicate exclusively in their mother tongue, thus creating an immersive language environment for the children every day.

Through playful and natural exposure, children absorb both languages intuitively, deciding for themselves whether to respond in German or English—building confidence and fluency in both languages from an early age.

Participation & open concept

At Phorms, we believe that children should have an active role in shaping their daily experiences. By exploring their interests and abilities, they develop independence, creativity, and empathy—key qualities for lifelong success.

One way we encourage participation is through group voting, where children have a say in decisions that affect their daily routines, helping them build confidence and a sense of responsibility.

Functional rooms – spaces designed for exploration

Our company kindergartens feature purposefully designed functional rooms, each dedicated to a specific learning and play area.

In the construction room, children develop motor skills through hands-on building activities.

The studio, workshop, and role-play room encourage creativity, social interaction, and problem-solving.

Throughout the day, children move freely and engage in active learning, with spacious outdoor areas providing even more room to explore.

Music – a key element of learning

Music plays a central role in our company kindergartens, as it supports nearly all areas of child development. Engaging with musical instruments in a creative and playful way enhances their learning experience, while the joy of making music fosters self-confidence and social bonding.

Encouraging curiosity & discovery

Children are natural explorers, eager to experiment and understand the world around them. Our kindergartens provide exciting opportunities for discovery, with materials and activities designed to spark curiosity.

In Baden-Württemberg, we collaborate with Experimenta, where children aged 3 to 6 visit the Science Center to participate in interactive STEM workshops—bringing science, technology, engineering, and maths to life through hands-on experimentation.

The key to success: a multi-professional team

The strength of our educational concept lies in the diverse expertise of our teams. Alongside state-approved educators, we are enriched by early childhood educators, paediatric nurses, and speech therapists—each bringing their unique skills and perspectives to create a holistic and dynamic learning environment.
