Your Responsibilities

  • Inspire students and guide them to be their best selves, academically and socially, using a wide range of student activating and motivating methods with and without the use of technology
  • Planning and delivering lessons and assessments according to our curriculum and agreements within the year-level team
  • Homeroom teacher duties, incl. organisation, implementation and supervision of various class projects
  • Actively supporting and communicating with students and parents based upon their individual needs
  • Participation in department and team meetings as well as school events

Your Profile

  • Qualification as a primary school teacher with a minimum of a relevant Bachelor’s degree
  • Genuine interest in children and young adults; you are caring but also able to be strict when necessary
  • English speakers at a mother tongue level with basic German language skills (A2)
  • Team players with passion and motivation to engage with our school community and educational school development
  • Resilience and a sense of humour

Phorms Munich is a selective private all-day school with Kindergarten, Primary School and Secondary School all under one roof. We offer bilingual education in German and English and as such attract students from families with German and international backgrounds who have chosen Munich as their home. In our well-cared for and attractively located green city-campus we provide a holistic educational experience which enables our students to flourish academically as well as social-emotionally, helping them to develop into respectful global citizens.

Application Process

  • How can I apply and what documents should I include with my application?

    The easiest way to apply is directly through our careers page. Simply click the “Apply Now” button for the job advertisement that interests you and fill out the form. You can upload your CV as well as a motivational letter and relevant certificates there. Please submit your application online only.


    A complete CV is essential. Depending on the position, we also welcome references, work samples, or certificates. For some roles, we have marked these document types as mandatory.

If it seems like a good fit, we will invite you for an in-person meeting at the location, depending where you live at this moment, where you can meet the team leader and potential colleagues.

     

    Depending on the position and location, job shadowing may be possible or even encouraged.
