Your Responsibilities

  • Preparation and follow-up as well as organisational and pedagogical design of lessons based on our benchmarked curriculum
  • Development and implementation of new pedagogical concepts and enriching teaching with digital media
  • Active support and advice for students and parents with individual challenges
  • Regular methodological and didactical training

Your Profile

  • Certified training as a Secondary teacher with a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Computer Science, a Certificate of Education or a QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in combination with the subjects Music or Theatre
  • Experience working in a Secondary school setting, ideally with teaching and lesson planning experience
  • English at C2 level and ideally a good command of German for everyday use
  • Interest and willingness to engage in the development of new educational concepts
  • Passion for your subject and the ability to inspire your students to enjoy it too

There are currently around 700 children and young people learning and playing at our modern Phorms Campus Hamburg with Nursery, Primary and Secondary including Upper Secondary School with Abitur. Our concept is based on bilingual education using the immersion method, multilingualism through language-sensitive teaching, as well as personalised learning. Our competent and engaged pedagogical team appreciates the school’s family-like atmosphere as well as the very central and convenient location and the innovative equipment. The special characteristic of our campus is the internationality and multilingualism of the entire school community – in its diversity it’s a reflec-tion of Hamburg.   • How can I apply and what documents should I include with my application?

    The easiest way to apply is directly through our careers page. Simply click the “Apply Now” button for the job advertisement that interests you and fill out the form. You can upload your CV as well as a motivational letter and relevant certificates there. Please submit your application online only.
