Your Responsibilities

  • Responding to inquiries regarding admission requirements, procedures, grade applications, and waitlists
  • Providing application information to prospective parents, ensuring completion, and following up on outstanding documents
  • Preparing placement offers, contracts, and cost statements
  • Handling, sorting, and filing data or documents to complete applications
  • Supporting the Head of Admissions in conducting weekly admissions committee meetings
  • Collaborating with primary and secondary school leadership to collect feedback, provide information to parents, and assign new students to classrooms
  • Checking and entering admissions-related data into OpenApply and Atlantis, ensuring accuracy in student files, reports, and medical forms
  • Liaising with school administration and IT to ensure a smooth transition of applicant data into the student database
  • Managing the deregistration process, ensuring proper documentation and coordination
  • Calculating fee payments and preparing cost statements for parents
  • Drafting, formatting, proofreading, and preparing routine correspondence, including admission and rejection letters
  • Planning and organizing open houses, information evenings, taster, and trial days as per the school calendar

Your Profile

  • At least two years of relevant work experience, preferably in an office-related environment
  • Proficient in both German and English
  • Solid knowledge and experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Strong integrity and ability to handle admissions-related information with strict confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with cultural sensitivity in an international school environment

  • How can I apply and what documents should I include with my application?
