When you became a teacher, you probably had a clear idea of what it would be like. You knew what you wanted to achieve or perhaps even change. But despite these ideas, the reality is often different for many teachers. There are challenges such as overcrowded classes, lack of support and bureaucratic hurdles that make everyday life difficult.
At Phorms, we want to give you the chance to do what really matters to you: inspire children, support them and accompany them on their educational journey - in a supportive environment. Our modern, well-equipped schools, dedicated teams and teaching assistants will help you to focus on what really matters.
We also know that we are far from perfect, but we are working every day to get better - for you, for the children and for the future of education.
The initial interview typically takes place via telephone or video to help us get to know each other. If it seems like a good fit, we will invite you for an in-person meeting at the location, depending where you live at this moment, where you can meet the team leader and potential colleagues.
Depending on the position and location, job shadowing may be possible or even encouraged.
In addition to an attractive salary, Phorms offers you a number of other benefits. The most important thing, however, is that we do a lot to ensure that new ideas can be implemented. Because creative freedom makes all the difference, we provide the necessary structural and content-related support.
Thanks to our diverse team, you will also benefit from international teaching concepts, bringing together the best of all pedagogical worlds.
The Phorms network currently includes primary schools, grammar schools and international schools in five German states - from Hamburg, Berlin and Frankfurt to Heilbronn and Munich.
Each of our locations has its own character - shaped by the local environment and the people who work and teach there with dedication and expertise.
Yes, we welcome your unsolicited application! Please let us know in which department you’d like to work and at which of our locations is interesting for you. It would also be helpful if you could briefly describe your relevant experience.
Feel free to reach out to us by e-mail or phone, and we’ll address your enquiry as quickly as possible.
