When you became a teacher, you probably had a clear idea of what it would be like. You knew what you wanted to achieve or perhaps even change. But despite these ideas, the reality is often different for many teachers. There are challenges such as overcrowded classes, lack of support and bureaucratic hurdles that make everyday life difficult.

At Phorms, we want to give you the chance to do what really matters to you: inspire children, support them and accompany them on their educational journey - in a supportive environment. Our modern, well-equipped schools, dedicated teams and teaching assistants will help you to focus on what really matters.

We also know that we are far from perfect, but we are working every day to get better - for you, for the children and for the future of education.

  • How does the application process work?

The initial interview typically takes place via telephone or video to help us get to know each other. If it seems like a good fit, we will invite you for an in-person meeting at the location, depending where you live at this moment, where you can meet the team leader and potential colleagues.

Depending on the position and location, job shadowing may be possible or even encouraged.
