Participation & Fees | Phorms Education

    Please note that there are different registration steps and participation terms for Phorms Education employees and teachers from other educational institutions.

    The following applies for Phorms Education employees:

    The Phorms school/nursery where you are employed shall cover all participation fees. If you are interested in taking part in the Phormative 2017 educational conference, please talk to your campus leadership team.

    The following conditions apply for external participants:

    2017 participation fees

    Early bird rates can only be guaranteed for registrations that have been made by 15 January 2017. This means we need to have received your registration by this date.

    Discounted rates are available to students, student teachers and educators in training upon presentation valid proof. Please send confirmation of your educational status to We can only approve of a discounted rate once we have received this. Participants who have already received this discount are not eligible for the early bird rate.

    The following services are included in the price:

    •    Participation in the two-day conference
    •    Catering during the event

    Conference fees do not include accommodation. For organisational reasons, we cannot provide day tickets.

    If you require accommodation, please remember to book well in advance.

    Registration, payment and cancellation

    You can register for the conference online via the REGISTRATION menu item.
    After we receive your registration and proof of entitlement to a discount (if applicable), we will send you an invoice. Once you have transferred the conference fees, you will receive confirmation of your registration. Your participation at the conference is only guaranteed once you have received this confirmation. Please bring the registration confirmation with you in order to receive your conference documents on 24 March 2017.

    Cancellations must be made in writing. For cancellations received by 23 February 2017, we will keep a processing fee of EUR 25 and you will be reimbursed for the rest. Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee reimbursement of participation fees for cancellations made after this time.
    Your ticket can be transferred to another person. In order to do this, you need to change the registration in writing by emailing Substitutes for participants that are unable to come to the conference can register with the organiser free of charge (in writing) until 15 March 2017 at the latest.
