With over 20 years of experience in finance and controlling, Dilek Aras has been a key member of the Executive Board of Phorms Education SE since August 2020. She is responsible for finance, controlling, and accounting, ensuring financial stability and strategic growth.
Before joining the Executive Board, she spent eleven years as Head of Finance, playing a crucial role in laying the financial foundation of Phorms Education SE.
Hannah Donati studied law in Berlin and Marburg. In 2009, she began working as Head of Legal and later as an authoriszed signatory at Phorms Education SE in Berlin Mitte. From 2015, in addition to managing the legal team, she also took over the management of the HR department. Since August 2020, Hannah Donati has been one of three members of the new Executive Board of Phorms Education SE. She is also responsible for the central Legal, HR, and Marketing departments as well as Corporate Communications.
Thomas Frenzel has a degree in business administration and management and has been with Phorms Education SE since 2009. He initially took over the management of various Phorms locations in Baden-Württemberg. Since August 2020, he has been responsible for the management of Phorms Education SE together with his colleagues Hannah Donati and Dilek Aras. Thomas Frenzel is particularly dedicated to corporate strategy, business development, and IT with a focus on further digitalisation.
